Mess up in mesh after weighting !!

Hi, I'd like to know why always i get this bad problem and annoying problem, My painted area is completely true and works just great but have this problem attached here :  
 
to clear it out : whenever i move my muscle under the skin some vertices for just one frame go through the will mess and then after next frame they back to the right position. I'm sure of my setup but still donno why this happens , never had problem like this when used in max 2008, but now in Max 2009 it has it ..

Sounds like a problem I fixed a while ago (but haven't put a new build online yet) where sometimes the ray would not detect a collision.

Thanks for replay, can i ask you to put it online as an update or a hot-fix thing, mate I'm testing it for a advanced work for production .... I really need it ... And I'm in a contract !!  
 
Is there any chance to have the the hot-fix for coming next days, or we stop using Skin-FX for this production?  
 
please pay attention to us as we proud of you and need the updates of your plugins dude..

Can you please pay attention to me and answer, I really need that build thing for solving the issue, mate ... I'm sorry to asking it again, all is becoz i used it in production and didn't even think that it might turns out this way ...

Please send me an email from the account you purchased skinfx with and i'll do my best to email you a build with the fix in the next few days.  
I think i only have the fixin the 2009 version at the moment.
